We charge a single rate for delivery within the Netherlands (€4.95 letterbox and €7.95 parcel), regardless of the number of products you order. Depending on the volume of the products in your order, we will send your order in an envelope or in a parcel. The day we present your order to PostNL, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. When you spend € 70 or more (excluding shipping costs), shipping is FREE within the Netherlands. Order delivery time
Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received your payment and as soon as your order has been dispatched. We aim for a maximum delivery time of 5 working days after payment. Depending on the volume of your order, it will be shipped in a letterbox parcel or a package. -

Notification
The day we offer your order to PostNL, you will be notified by e-mail. PostNL delivers both envelopes and parcels within the Netherlands. If your order is sent in an envelope, it will fit in the letterbox and you do not have to stay at home for this. If your order is sent in a parcel, it will be delivered to your home.

Not at home
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, PostNL will first try to deliver the parcel to your nearest neighbour. If the neighbours are not at home either, PostNL will return the next day with the parcel. If the parcel cannot be received three times (not even by your nearest neighbours), you can collect the parcel from the post office as described on the notification that will be left by PostNL.
